Once your application is received and reviewed to determine your child's appropriateness for the program, you will be contacted to set-up an informational appointment. Families will be expected to make their deposit at that time (families may send in their deposit in advance if they are certain they would like to reserve a spot for their child).

Families who are currently participating in the Behavior Modification in Young ADHD Children Study, the Adaptive Treatments for Children with ADHD Study, the IEP Study or families who have completed a CCF application as of 9/2007 do not need to fill out a new application but should contact Karen Fumerelle to set up an informational appointment and to be included on the STP list.

This is a unique opportunity for your teen. The program helps adolescents develop the skills they need to succeed in middle and high school settings. Adolescents will spend the day playing sports, gaining leadership experience, and developing their academic and organizational skills. They will also obtain paid jobs within the Summer Treatment Program, run a group business, and participate in a daily social skills group. The STP-A will be one group consisting of 15 adolescents and 5 staff members.

Don't delay in submitting your application as we only have 15 slots available.
